Pricey but worth it for beauteous rounded corners

A very nice product. It wasn’t easy to find a bit this huge in the neighborhood hardware store, so I ended up finding it here.
I applied it to round off the edges and corners of speaker boxes, to reduce diffraction of the sound waves. Can’t say for sure how effective it was, as I didn’t do any A/B comparisons, but the bonus was the very professional and clean look of the rounded corner. Couple with that the fact I was using 13 ply baltic birch, and you get a slick look as each ply transitions into the next.
You will have to add a palm sander to the process, to further smooth and round out the corners, but with long liquid motions this is done with no problem.
Also, my little little router had to have the bit protruding outside the base, which necessitated a 3/4″ shim beneath the base in order to reach the box. A little awkward, maybe, but there was no other option.
Highly recommended.
